In my various roles at loanDepot, I led the Enterprise Optimization rebrand initiative and built an interactive Asset Library via Sharepoint as a hub for all brand guidelines. This required understanding the company’s vision, sub brands, target audiences, & competitor activities.
In the process of implementing Scaled Agile across the org, I had to opportunity the become a Certified Leading SAFe Agilist. While there, I designed and implemented a project status Dashboard within SharePoint, including current sprint info, completion, & outstanding tickets. I launched marketing campaigns for various products and feature rollouts, worked closely with leadership to create multiple sub-brands, all within the same design language, and created sub-brands, messaging, and email campaigns for our quarterly event.
As apart of my role, I collaborated with our business partners & vendors to create cohesive brand visuals & tell compelling stories about how our products integrate to the experiences of our end users.
As someone who loves collaborating, I gave & received feedback internally and externally, giving critiques respectfully and efficiently, as well as cultivating a spirit of learning new techniques, tips, tricks, shortcuts, design tools, and best practices for myself and my team.
I led an initiative to organize all of our branded elements into an Adobe Asset Library that was then shared with team members.
I created editable illustrations for team use and created trainings to make updates quickly and efficiently. Another internal org asked me to create a shortform video tutorial teaching technical skills to our target users.
I built out wireframe designs and collaborated with the front-end development team. I conducted market research with internal product teams to discover information regarding project management styles, goals, and team dynamics.

I founded and ran my own brand agency for ~10 years, where I supported various types of startups and small businesses, but mainly I worked with exiting corporate women who wanted to launch successful coaching businesses. While my love for art drove me to create, my skill for strategy helped me expand my services and I equipped my clients with clear, concise, and cohesive brand messages.
With hundreds of clients throughout the years, I designed brands from the ground up: workbooks, course collateral, logos, brand guidelines, social media designs, training materials, and more. I often acted as lead marketing director and designer and used my various experiences to consult business owners in both design and marketing.
I’ve had the privilege to design for amazing companies —big and small.
